The customer Service Representative was very responsive in showing me exactly how to use DropSecure for my law practice needs. He answered my questions and then walked me through how to use DropSecure and its specific components.
What do you dislike?
It would be helpful if one could upload folders in DropSecure.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
In New Mexico, all licensed attorneys will be required to have succession plans and one particular requirement is that a subsequent (“Assisting Attorney”) must have access to current client documents and Trust and business documents. DropSecure should be able to meet these needs.
