I have made the payment and I haven't received my Receipt for the same. How can I get my receipt?

Every customer automatically receives a receipt on your registered email address. If for some reason you have not received it, please contact us to receive a copy.

I already have an existing DropSecure account for myself. Can I now upgrade to include a few more users?

You can upgrade your Individual account to an Enterprise account to add more users. Do contact our Sales Team to upgrade.

If you are a Government agency and require the specialized services offered by our Government cloud, please contact our Sales Team .
